Our most intense course to date. In this Toji and Jess take the gloves off and run you through a gauntlet of high intensity training drills. Utilizing battle styles and formats in a high standard environment to strengthen resilience and performance under pressure. Each week students should expect to exhaust their dance in ways they have never experienced and drip more sweat than they ever have in their lives.
The Cage is not just a program, it is a refining fire for only the hungriest of dancers.
